Purchase Options

At Soapha, customers can choose from a variety of purchase options:

• One-time purchases – Standard checkout for individual products.
• Subscription plans – Available for select products with recurring delivery options (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
• Custom Gift Box Orders – Personalized orders that may include selected items, wrapping options, and custom messages.

Each option will display details, frequency (if applicable), and pricing before checkout. Subscription plans can be managed or modified anytime through your customer portal.

 

Cancellation Policy

One-time Orders:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at orders@soapha.com with your order number.

Subscription Plans:

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date.

Custom Gift Box Orders:

Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the customization or packing process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

If your order qualifies for cancellation and is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
